After the nonsense saga with J's DLA, I wrote a letter of complaint to the DWP.
Got a phone call today from a nice guy who is the manager of the decision makers who made the shite odd decisions in J's case. 5 times . He did sound genuinely embarassed and sorry and said, to reflect his team's mistakes, there will be a special compensatory payment made and, even better, will be training the DMs better on autism/ ASD issues so that similar mistakes are not made for others
