does anyone know how long they take to process a first time application please? i sent mine in before christmas (probably 1st week of dec) and still havent heard anything. i havent even had a confirmation that they have even received the application, let alone an award.

give them a call and check it didn't get lost in glut of christmas mail

Sure I'd heard something from them after 3 weeks last year. A local rep came out to see us and go through our paperwork / incomings / outgoings etc

i sent an application in around the same time, last week i got a letter saying i hadnt filled in part of the form, the one with the tick boxes for benefits etc....probably because it wasnt included in the original pack

have sent it back straight away so will let you know if i hear anything
