dyslexic?

My youngest was diagnosed with dyspraxia when he was 3. He is now nearly 5 and in reception.

He is struggling with reading and when he sounds words out he gets the letter right but reads the words backwords so "S N A P" becomes pans etc.

Is this dyslexia or am i being sensitive as he already stuggles with some things?

Could be dyslexia. Have a look at Dyslexia Action's website which has some hints and tips on there, and see if anything else seems familiar, maybe? There can be both things for a child.

Son's been very affected by dyslexia, and it's been a challenge for us getting the right help and support, so it's well worth getting some early opinions from people.
