Online Carers allowance help!!!!

I am just filling in this carers form online.

Do I put the date they put on the dla form they backdated to 3/12/2008.

Also it is asking me do I want to claim extra money for a dependant adult, daft question but is this is the dla is for a dependant adult, as it says it is for a dependant adult who also cares for the child?

Help please.

Im stuck on the form and it says I have to fill it in within 2 days if online

you put when dla was back dated to. and the dependant adult thing is no you dont want to claim extra money!

It says do I or did I have a partner since the claim.

Do I put no, as I had my partner, hubby before the claim.

god i dont remember these questions at all!!!!!! weird, as far as i know you just want to calim for yourself to be carer as i presume your dh works and therefore is not eligible anyway! sorry i cant be more help but what you say sounds right!

if you are stillw ith your partner then the answer is yes. If you split with your partner prior to the date the claim started, the answert is no.

Oh Ive done it now, cant remember what I put, think I put yes, Oh well.
