Starting yeast free diet - help!!!!!

Again any help or advice gratefully recieved.
I know we are going to see deteriotion in her behaviour.
If there are any good bread recipies (jimjams???) that you have that would be great.
Any supermarkets that are better than others for yeast free stuff.

Sainsburys for all your yaest free biccies, ready made sauces etc.
Holland and Barret for your bread mix....have you got a bread maker???
Dont rush into it Bloss....use up what you have in the cupboards first and start to replace gradually with the yeast free replacements.

I find sainsburys are the best for packaging. The labels are clearly marked as to contents and make it clear what's inside with regard to allergies.

BH, I have a recipe for yeast free rolls if that's any use. Soda bread might be good too, it doesn't need a bread machine you just stick it in the oven. I give ds scones in place of bread sometimes too.

I'm pretty good thanks - can't quite believe it actually. But everything is OK at the moment. How about you - I've been reading your BIBIC thread, it sounds like you really got a lot out of it? ps. I was in Ikea on Friday, thought of you!

I think there are some parents on the Paains web site that have children on yeast free diets.
