DO YOU KNOW ABOUT VACCINE DAMAGE PAYMENTS?

direct gov. website has info on vacine damage payments, everyone whos affected by this should look into it , has a list of vacinnes including mmr . its one off payment of £120,000 tax free. has to be claimed within six years and before the sufferer turns 21.would be better if these vacinne dammages didnt happen ,but there is help available , shame its not wider known.never heard of it until i accidentally found it.

It is almost impossible to get a payment out of it. I'd only bother trying if it was very clear cut (I do know someone who had a payment after the measles jab left her brain damaged, she's an adult now).

If your child dies from a vaccination before the age of 2 you cannot receive a payment, if they're after 2 you can. Not that a payment would make much difference, but it seems a strange rule.
