my 5 year old son has a possible diagnosis of asd he struggles alot with walking he can walk but if he does too much he is up all night screaming in pain with his legs do anyone know if this part of asd

From your description it, to me it sounds like possible hypermobility but do go and get him checked out at the GP's and ask for a referral to a occupational therapist.
