(its why we don't go on real holidays too. No help with dd)

I love christmas, esp as DS is starting to have a bit of an idea of what it's about.

We don't need respite tho, thankfully.

Does it stop for the whole of the hols ?

I don't book dd in during the xmas holidays.

we have respite that coems to the house usually. It stops over Xmas.

that seems unfair if SS have agreed you need respite then surely you still need it over Christmas, do you just get it on school days or weekends too?
I don't like Christmas, last year was bloody tough this year I guess will be harder, I am planning to go away with the kids and come back when it is all over.
