On monday I took DD1 to the eye clinic only for the doctor not to turn up!! Noone was sure if she was actually coming in and was ruuning late or just not in, they phoned some people and they discovered she wasn't coming in that day (holiday or something) and today I was supposed to take DS and DD1 to the Lyra clinic but I got a phone call just as I was about to put them in the car saying that the clinic has been cancelled..... grrrrrr I have to take DD1 back on monday for her eye check and god knows when I get to pick up the kids support shorts now!!!?

What a pain. Does it mean they are missing school as well?

well, i took them in late can't stand them at home all day!!

Grrrrrrr! Surely they could have at least managed a phone call to say the appointment was off. After all it's what they would expect from you if you couldn't make it.
