how do we get a wheelchair for DH?

he needs electric wheelchair now
he cant walk very far at all and cant propell a wheelchair himself because of his heart, and icant push him as i ave the kids. so whats the 1st thing we need to do? is it GP or adult care services? or somewhere else?

GP, ask to be referred to the wheelchair clinic on Hazelmare estate. I have the phone number if you want to phone them and see if you can self-refer

Also Red Cross 'lend' equipment apparently ..... this might be useless info - but it might help?
