Ds starting school in pull ups

Ds is starting the early years unit attached to our school. He's a September birthday and will be four soon so probably the rest will be rising 4's. He has a one to one helper who seems very kind and sensitive, but there is only one toilet area so am assuming that is where they will change him.
What do you think could be the potential problems here? I think the children are probably too young to tease but am I being naive? Should I insist they change him out of sight of other children? Ds is being assessed for ASD at the moment. The early years unit is in a portacabin behind the school so they would have to go walking with him if he needed changing.

Just to be clear, they would have to walk to another building if I insisted he is changed away from others.

My gut feeling is that this won't be an issue but wondered if I should take action now to insist it doesn't become one.
