My dd has dyspraxia and AS and has walked on her toes since she first started walking, she is now 8 and still does it constantly. When she was seen by orthotics and physio a few years ago they didn't seem overly concerned.
We went to buy new school shoes yesterday and I asked her to put her feet down while she walked and I was quite shocked. One of her feet really turns in when she walks flat footed and looks very awkward. Sounds really bad that I haven't noticed .
I think I'll go to GP for a referral.
Has anyone got any experience of this, has your "child grown out of it" or had any treament?
