I felt most aggrieved that I had to pay bloody Lambeth £5 for bloody parking at a Lambeth council event yesterday because they take so bleedin' long to issue Blue Badges. And the car park attendant would not allow us free disabled parking - oh no - even though he watched us get DS (whose leg is a mass of metal) out of the car and into his wheelchair...AND complained that I had parked too far away from the next car, as I had left space for DS's transfer...GGRRRRRR. Every non-Lambeth facility has immediately and without fuss allowed us to park free once they saw DS's leg!!
