Recommendations for private ASD and ADHD assessment in South Manchester

Hi, I am looking to get my dd privately assessed for ASD and ADHD. Can anybody please recommend who to use in South Manchester area. It's needs to be somewhere that the NHS will recognise and do shared care with. Is there anyway I can find who the NHS does shared care with?

I’d check with your GP before booking anything, as they should be able to tell you which private providers they accept for shared care. It’s worth confirming this first, as not every private assessment will automatically be accepted by the NHS.

You will need to ask your GP about shared care. Many GPs will not accept shared care now for any who are diagnosed privately (even if the private provider is well thought of, provides a gold standard assessment and they otherwise accept the report/diagnosis). If you want shared care, you might be disappointed regardless of the provider you use.

You could look at Spectrum North West, AYC Psychology, and CAYP Psychology. All well regarded.
