Hi all, so I’ve posted on a couple of the older threads but nobody seems to be on there anymore so thought I would start my own one.
My dd is 15, will be 16 in February and I have phoned up for the form 13 times over the last 2 years which I know is absolutely pathetic. I myself have ADHD and ASD and just couldn’t face it. Form was sent late so I’m not expecting back pay if awarded though I did explain it was due to a medical reason.
sent first class recorded on Thursday 20th August and received a letter to say that SD was Monday 24th August- and so we wait.
DD has ASD, severe anxiety and agoraphobia plus asthma and was so bad I had to remove her from school to HE which was not what I would have wanted. Looking at other posts the times vary wildly with some people saying they were awarded in 2-3 weeks and others saying 6 months plus.
hope to find some others in the same boat to keep me sane!
