help nothing is safe from her,my ds has a.d.h.d and o.d.d yet is nothing kike her she cant be left alone for a moment dosnt sleep(hense why im up now)writes on everythi ng will it ever get better

I find that children change over time. Alas that does not mean they get better, it just changes... sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.
Sleep can change with the time of year, summer is a real issue. Try to make the room as dark as possible.
How old is your DD (and DS)?
I find that children are not alike, even siblings. They are all individuals, so what may help one, does not always help another.

Writes on everything - be firm, give her permission to write on certain things, a white board for example. If she likes chalk, then the garden patio (hose it down later!)
If old enough, discuss the rules with her and get her to write them down on a list. If she likes writing, then she may like making lists. Once that is established, you can get her to be helpful at times - writing shopping list, things to do list, places to visit list, clothes to pack for holiday list, etc.

my dd is5 myds 15 she has stacks of paperetc drawing things, but still insists on doing what she shouldnt ie at the begining of the easter break she climbed on top of the wardrobe to get the baby powder then tipped half of it in to the tv was told that it was naughty then at the end of the hoildays did the same and looked at me blankly when i said we had been through this a few days ago. i love her to bits but i have had to put locks on all doors upstairs so she cant get in on her own, and i dont think its far to keep her out of her bedroom, but if i dont she may hurt herself or someone else!!!!
