Hi, we’ve been on the waiting list for assessment coming up to 12 months (with a four month pause on the list due to funding).

We were sent the questionnaires to complete and all were sent back, including school ones, by 20th July. We were told we were nearing the top of the list.

Does anyone have any experience of how long it might take from this point until our appointment comes through?

I suspect it's a postcode lottery. Where we are in South London, it took a few weeks to get an in-person appointment then MONTHS until we got a follow-up online questionnaire (which was asking a lot of the same questions with some exceptions) and both the school and ourselves returned it. That was back in April. We still haven't heard back.
