Mandatory reconsideration for dla claim

Sent mine off last week. Not sure how long the waiting time is but probably months.

Mine is April to, still waiting did my other daughter December and got hers March.

Have you heard anything yet x

@Lynseyxx I rang yesterday and they said it wasn’t with the decision maker yet.

i have had two missed calls this morning. Apparently yhey will ring me back

Yeah they will I had that with my daughter I had sent her diagnosis report but managed to miss the actual page what said the diagnosis she just asked me to read it over the phone. Xx

Yes it will be they will ringing to confirm something or ask for more info. Usually it's positive when they ring zx

What did you send originally? If all depends who you get my daughter all I sent was copy of referral to be assessed as I hadn't got the Cahms report yet and she was awarded x

@Lynseyxx all of her hospital consultant records, and operations due to her condition. As well as a diary from myself to show how she has pain, and a letter from her teacher xx

Wtf and they have asked for more? Absolutely bizzare xx

I have just rang they made a decision on the 28/7 so 2 days ago. She can't tell me what it is. Now I'm panicking! Would I be able to ring and ask how much my next payment is do you think?

I've rang and asked my next payment and said one was issued on the 28th so it's been changed to high. X
