How long does it take DLA renewal forms to be received?

I posted them using the prepaid envelope over 2 weeks ago, they are saying they haven’t got them yet. Is this normal? I didn’t take copies as I don’t have a photocopier and the thought of having to fill them all about again is filling me with dread.
I’m not worried about how long it takes to actually process them once they have them, I just want to know they have not got lost 😞

It can take a few weeks to get onto the system. I would call again in at the end of the week.

In future, send it recorded/tracked delivery. In future I would also take photographs/scan a copy or find someone/somewhere (do you have a library nearby?) who can photocopy it for you.

I'm in the same boat as you at the moment. Sent it 2 weeks ago and they haven't scanned it yet. The advisor told me I wasn't the first and it seems there is a delay in scanning the post in and to call back in a week. They have sent me another copy of the form just in case.

I finally got a text saying they have it almost 4 weeks after I posted it, which is a relief. Just a waiting game now to see if it gets renewed.

It took 4 weeks for them to receive mine also.
decision was made a week later.
