Child DLA Mandatory reconsideration

Hi all, i have been here before with the same question a year or so ago. My sons review came up and he was turned down yet again.

Is anyone waiting to hear from a MR? We have been waiting since October 31st this was the scan date, is this ridiculously long?

Long waits for MR are normal, I’m afraid.

There is a thread specifically this. however yes I have had to put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration at the begining of September 2025 and still waiting for it to be picked up by a case worker / decision maker.

expect at least 32 weeks before it is even looked at.

oh thats so long , i hope you hear soon. where is the thread for this if you wouldnt mind
