I have been a member of CBF for some time and I think they are great. They have 2 levels of email support network for hf/lf (for want of better description) so parents can get help from each other with problems BUT it is all completely anonymous and managed through the CBF although they will pass on contact info if requested. They also do good newsletter, info sheets, DVDs etc. If nothing else, being a member and the fact that you think you need that level of support might cut some sway with professionals????
