Hi, how long does it take to receive confirmation that they have received your form I sent it free post nearly 2 weeks ago

I would give it another week or so. Then call to check. Not everyone receives confirmation. In future, I would send the form recorded/tracked delivery.

@ExistingonCoffee is there a different postal address to send it recorded delivery? I tried to do it with the free post address but was told I couldn’t
