Tribunal child DLA

HI back in 2024 my son was awarded DLA after mandatory reconsideration was successful, he was awarded the lower rate so with the help of the citizens advice bureau i appealed against the decision.

we put the appeal in to the tribunal march 2025, we have still not heard anything, i was wondering if anyone had been through this process and how much longer its likely to take

any help would be much appreciated

Most probably in the next few months. Most wait between 12-15 months atm.

I had the same my appeal went in technically end of Jan/Feb 2025. I only received an update two weeks ago with a date set in March 2026. You should probably hear from yours in the next 8 weeks. I received a text and the letter followed only arriving last week.
