Hey, looking for some help in regards to children on the SEN register.
If a Child has been put onto the SEN register by the school and meets with a Educational psychotherapist, should there be a IEP or some sort of support plan in place?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

There should be documentation in some form. It won’t necessarily be called an IEP, though.

Iv been told as an EP is in place there is no need for a support plan even though the EP asked for the support plan? I just wanted to see if this was correct as currently the school have put nothing in place although have said she is work below on almost all subjects?

The EP assessment would inform the support but it wouldn’t replace it.
