Its wednesday and I spent the morning removing wallpaper whilst dd(6) played with her tablet

I finally, at 2pm, decided to reward myself with a pot noodle. Sat down to eat it, and there is my dd, fingers in my pot noodle, deciding she is now a fan of them

Wouldn't even let me use my spoon to sip the extra broth I put in, pushing it away like I'M in HER way! 😭😭😭

Now i am miserable at being pot noodleless, but happy she has found a new food 😄

Please tell me i'm not alone in my half term sighing...

Definitely not alone. Ive been miserable this half term if im honest juggling 3 kids, 2 with disabilities and their needs are verry opposite to each other but both very high. Its not been easy and my poor oldest child has just been stuck home bored out of her head (shes 13 and the teenage hormones are not for the weak) also feel you on the food my daughter took 1 look at the pie I was eating and frisbee-d it across the room, im ashamed to admit I cried 😂

Omg dont be ashamed i'd cry too 😄, its awful when you sit down to eat something and the kids have different ideas for your food 😄

Teenage hormones definitely aren't for the weak 🙌, the weather cant be helping matters either
