DLA COC had renewal

My child just turned 5 and I have quite a bit more proof now about night time need. I was planning to do a change of condition bit have just recieved renewal booklet for February. I know a renewal won't be backdate if they do change her rates. Can I send both forms off? Will they backdate it then?

Yes, you can complete both the COC and renewal form. The COC is unlikely to be looked at before Feb.
