Magnesium gummies for sleep

Can anyone recommend any magnesium gummies please, or let me know what they use?
DD is coming up to 6, always a solid 7-7 sleeper until literally the week she moved from a very physical, outdoor preschool to school last year. Now, she struggles to fall asleep until 9.30-10 ish, and is being woke up grumpy in the mornings. We have a solid enough sleep routine.

She has her autism diagnosis meeting later this month. We had read that a magnesium deficiency was often present in kids with SN, and gummies may help, specifically magnesium glycinate. We bought the gummies, they were absolutely amazing and she was asleep by 7.30. Turns out the brand, Nutrition Ignition, has ingredients not mentioned on the packaging, and has melatonin in them 🤦🏼‍♀️ they've now been withdrawn from sale.

We would like to try other gummies, but I'm struggling to find magnesium glycinate rather than citrate, or any with a decent amount in- the nutrition ignition said they had 110mg in, but most others are under 40mg. Does the citrate act any differently? Do any of the bigger brands that keep spamming me work? Mighty kids and a mixed vitamin sleep gummy are being pushed on advertising.

I appreciate that 9.30-10 sleep time is not bad in the grand scheme of things, but the difference in mood and temper when she was getting the extra sleep made a big difference.

Thank you

Fitrogin has magnesium glycinate, available on Amazon. I’ve never bought them so I can’t personally recommend them.

@Beansandcheesearegood no. We tried the Amazon one above, it made naff all difference, so we bought some 0.5mg melatonin gummies in holiday in Spain. They've done the trick!

Magnesium is rubbish. Didn’t work at all for my kids.
