Ipsea impossible to get through

It’s impossible to get through to ipsea, I have called about 300 times today! Does anyone actually ever get through

Tried sendiass but they were not very helpful and seemed rushed like they just wanted to get me off the phone.

It is a case of persevering I am afraid.

You could try SOSSEN, but they are also busy.

I gave up in the end as it took 80% of my minutes 😔 called sendiass again and they told me a completely different thing to the last time I called so now at a loss. I will try the other one I didn’t know they had an advice line thanks

Be careful with SENDIASS. Some are good but too many repeat the LA’s unlawful policies.
