Community paediatric referral

Hello! New to all of this but my son who is 17 months just received his appointment through for the community paediatrician, the referral only went in 2 weeks ago and his appointment is next week, do you think this means he is being seen as urgent or just the way it falls? Nervous for the appointment as I just want to do best by him it’s so hard! ❤️

It doesn’t necessarily mean it has been triaged as urgent. In some areas, people have an appointment that is quick in order to assess the referral and decide on the best course of action.
