Anyone ever had a denied claim with an official diagnosis? I sent forms back for renewal as she was claiming for 2 years back in May 2024 UC contacted me in late October saying they were stopping the disability element as i wasn’t getting DLA anymore. Called DLA and said they had not received them. So had to start all over again didn’t even receive the forms from the until December after 5 calls 🙄 well a DM called me about a question I didn’t answer and said i would receive a text that day. I didn’t. I phoned today they said a decision was made but can’t text me? I don’t know why they can text it but can’t tell. Nothing pending on my account so assuming she’s been denied 🙄 she does have an official diagnosis of ASD from when she was 11. Anyone else had similar? Thank you.
