Hello my son has been awarded a grant via Family Fund. They sent an email stating it will be a Love2Shop voucher and they'll be in touch separately. He was accepted on Thursday and I've heard nothing from Love2Shop yet.
Does anyone know how long it takes to receive, and will this come through to my email or through the post?
