Ds aged 7 asd. Previously ok using toilet though does have occasional urine accidents. Recently though when he needs a bowel motion he puts his hands in his bottom resulting in it all over his hand and subsequently our house! He often holds toileting in until last moment not sure if because he's too interested in other things. He's regularly and eats well so no concerns there and nothing has changed but last few weeks have been horrendous often we've noticed he's his hands down his trousers at this point he's covered in it! He also has very limited speech so can't communicate effectively, thanks
