QB test

Has anyone’s child had a QB test and have any advice on how to prepare a very anxious 6 year old for it? He has diagnosed autism and dyspraxia, shows classic ADHD traits at home however at school he is compliant and quiet (albeit they have noted that he can’t concentrate, zones out and fidgets constantly in his chair). Paediatrician will not diagnose without a QB test so will sway her decision one way or the other. DS initially said that because I’m not allowed in the room with him, he will not do it because he’s too scared. I’d really like him to have it so want to discuss it with him. How long is the test, is it going to be difficult for a 6 year old?

The actual test itself takes about 15-20 minutes. It isn’t difficult in the sense DS can get it wrong.
