Carers Allowance claim taking so long

Hi,

Can I ask how long carers allowance claims are taking for you? I don’t work, I’m a full time carer for my niece who has been awarded MRC LRM but the claim for carers allowance seems to take so long?

Hello, my mams took 3 weeks exactly from putting in claim to receiving payment. Have you had yours yet?
