LA barred from tribunal

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience at all.

My daughters tribunal for specialist school is coming up in a week and a half and because the LA didn't send the bundle the court gave them a deadline to respond by 12pm. The LA responded at 3pm and have now been barred currently from the tribunal.

Anyone else had this? I have no idea what happens next!

LAs are often reinstated. Don’t be surprised if that happens.

The LA were barred from our tribunal for also not sending the bundle. They turned up anyway as did their lawyer and were allowed to take part.

Our LA got barred too, but as they didn't have a leg to stand on anyway, they conceded a week before the hearing.
