EHCP SENDIST help - quick query

I wonder if anyone can help on a query that I'm struggling to Google?

We have a working doc agreed with LA under SENDIST appeal, naming college for 16+ phase transfer. Agreement was reached and we (parents) signed the consent order 2 weeks ago. Since then LA have gone quiet and have not signed the consent order or sent it to the tribunal.

What is our next step to get this thing signed? Form 7? I know the deadline for phase transfer settings is end of March, but sitting on a consent order for weeks doesn't sound right. I don't like this sudden silence with a technically still open appeal, and YP really needs to start transition.

Chase the LA again to sign and send the proposed consent order to SENDIST. SENDIST can’t force the LA to sign the proposed consent order. Until you have the final consent order, the appeal continues.

Hard to know when you are being over-reactive after months of this.

Have you contact the DCS at the LA?
