Has any one heard of this ... its new (apparently) you pay £18 for a year and your child goes at child price and you get a third off.
your child needs to have either the higher rate mobility or higher or middle rate carers. here is the page.

unless I'm missing something, this would be of use to disabled adults rather than children, as the price and discounts sound the same as you would get with an ordinary family railcard.

I think its of benefit if its only you and your child. If you go out as a four or more some, then the discount doesn't work.
