Trigger Warning - Suicidal Thoughts

My ASD Teen is saying she feels suicidal and that she needs help. She’s very anxious and depressed. I’m after advice please of anyone who has been in the situation. We are under CAMHS and has therapist/counsellor in specialist school. Is on medication - not new meds - Fluoxetine 20mg and has started Propanolol but only when needed and mild dose

When was DD last reviewed by the psychiatrist? She may need her medication adjusting.

Other than the therapist/counsellor, what other therapies/therapeutic input is in DD’s EHCP?

Can DD communicate why she is stressed at school?

First thought would be to ask DD if she has shared this with the school counsellor and, if necessary, for you to link with them and make sure they're comfortable still working with her. Might need CAMHS to offer some therapeutic work, which is usually higher-level than school-based counselling.
