Private assessment ADHD360?

Has anyone done this? Waiting times are too long for DSD, and she needs assessment and appropriate treatment and support. I see that ADHD360 are approved under right to choose so is this a good company to go with? They offer assessment for £560 plus a year's treatment for £800+ but this doesn't include medication. No idea if medication would be suitable for her but what is the treatment they offer if not medication? Do you have to pay them indefinitely so you can access medication via the GP if it's prescribed? Thank you!

ADHD360 is only available via RTC for adults are children aged 14&15.

If affording private prescriptions on an ongoing basis would be an issue, you should ask your GP if they are willing to take on shared care. Not all will. Even if the GP is willing to take on shared care, many (most?) require a yearly review with secondary care, so you may still have to pay for that unless you can get on an NHS list.

I don’t know what other treatments ADHD360 specially offer, but it could be things like ADHD coaching and counselling.
