Phoned and the man that answered was probably one of the nicest I've spoke to, Decision made on 11/12 MRC 2 years, back payment due by Tuesday.
Hoping everyone else hears soon! 🤞🏻

Aww Congratulations! 🎊

Praying all still waiting for decisions to have a good outcome soon ❤️

Just Google dla decision making guidelines xx

Thanks, I’ll have a proper read after school run. Does anyone know if they’d still follow the autism guidelines for my 5 year old when he’s just suspected to have autism. He is on the waiting list for child development centre but it’s a 45 week wait. By having a quick read he shows parts of mild, moderate and severe so god knows what they’ll do 😂

I think they will use the evidence you have and more evidence of what your son is displaying. Like I said my son shows moderate to severe, there are all different care and mobility elements so I think they might just average it, I could be wrong xx

@Kc1999x did you call general enquiries? I’ve had no call. I’ll be ringing on Monday

Stillwaiting2 · 13/12/2024 15:04

Do you think I should print this off from a email and send in? As still waiting to see if she will be excepted yet. Only proof I have is this to say she’s even been referred

NC SD 28/10

Not expecting to hear until end of Jan/Feb next year.

Positive post - I called back, decision WAS made yesterday eventhough the person I spoke to this morning said it wasn't!
My girl's been accepted, MRC and LRM, I was certain it was going to be a decline after the man said that he'd put me through to someone who would explain the decision in detail!
I can't stop shaking!!!

sjay1017 · 13/12/2024 15:10

I just rang as seeing some posts saying after 19 weeks of waiting they need a birth certificate, I asked the women and she said no it’s fine my sons birthday has been confirmed, so I wont need this. She said you are week 16 and they are taking 20 weeks, so your aren’t far away but not yet with dm. I waited an hour and 20mins to get through tho 🤦‍♀️ what happened to 25 weeks they were saying? 🤦‍♀️

SD 18/7 MR due to award being lowered from high to middle. Further complicated as was successful at tribunal in Nov of this year for COC HR mobility element however judge could only award it up to renewal date as HRC is part of the test for HRM. Anyway called today for update and gentleman initially said he expected it to be with case manager due to date however when he checked, still not been looked at. Part of me thinks that they will decline as awarding HRC would mean they would have to award HRM as the judge has ruled that my son is SMI
