DD(11) is taking fluoxetine for anxiety. She was taking 2ml (20mg per 5ml) and has gone up to 4ml over the last 4 weeks. She is autistic with PDA.
She has been saying for a while that her brain feels wrong but now this is almost all the time, her situational mutism has escalated and over the last couple of days she has been stimming loads more and also has a verbal tic/repeated phrases. She's also pretty hyper.
It's like she has got more anxious, not less. I want to speak to CAMHS tomorrow, does this sound appropriate?
