Hi all little help? I’m thinking of doing coc change in flat as needs are a lot more now and as on looking in and he’s workers have said I should be on high motility…he’s renew date is June 2025 is it worth putting change circumstances in now or waiting for renew also would my money stop what I’m getting now or would I be still paid until decision is made?

If you think DS is eligible for HRM, I would do a COC now. However, you need to be aware the award (the care component as well as the mobility component) can go down as well as up, so if you are not sure. You would be able to appeal, but it is something you need to be aware of, especially f you are not sure DS meets the eligibility criteria for HRM. Payments don’t normally stop for a straightforward COC.
