We’ve recently been granted DLA and I now need to add this to my UC claim. I’d rather not call and I’m unsure how to add it online. I’ve tried in the ‘report a change’ section but I don’t know which option to select after that. I’ve also tried adding it to my journal, but selecting the ‘change’ option just takes me straight to the ‘report a change’ section. I know calling would be easier but I don’t get a second at work and I work long hours (out of the house from 7-7).
I did try ‘report a change’ then selected the ‘children’ section, but again wasn’t sure what date to put here as it was granted on the 30.10 but was backdated to May.
Thank you in advance for any help. All of my internet searches just say to report the change, which is not helpful at all!
