Please tell me about hearing aids..

DS to get a hearing aid for chronic glue ear - can anyone tell me a bit about them?

do you take them out/off at night? do you need to clean wax out of the ear at all? does it have variable settings - as DS will be hyper sensitive to noise to begin with. do they charging up at all?

sorry these are probably really daft questions..

Hi my ds is deaf, you take them out at night, they wont need charging up they have batteries that go in the back.....I suggest you contact the NDCS

Also contact the audiology dept at your local hospital my sons audiologist gave me a bag full of equipment to deal with hearing aids...
