We now have a date for the start of BoyBlu's bone-lengthening procedure...I have started a MN blog about it as an alternative to lots of threads, as time goes on.

I promise that future entries will be much shorter than the first!

Fab idea Blu

I'll be thinking of you loads.

It's great that BB is going into this surgery with such a positive outlook - success is so much dependent on them being compliant, well more than that really, proactive I suppose. Fingers crossed that he keeps that positivity.

You may remember me having that wobble about dd's surgery - putting her through it just to 'normalise' something for her. But as you said at the time it was about helping her be pain free too. It was so the right thing to do. I know this is going to be a huge surgery for BB (and for you too in emotional terms) - I hope it all goes well.
