Sensory issues/ASD?

Hi everyone. I've posted about my DD before when she was younger, but would appreciate people's thoughts again please. She is now 3yrs old and is changing/developing all the time but I do wonder if she has sensory issues +/- ASD. Here are some of her behaviours:

She hates loud noises - distressed by hand dryer/hair dryer/loud cars

Can't manage a full day out. Gets overwhelmed by busy places. Eg If going to a family fun day she would manage 1-2 hours tops before her behaviour worsens/she gets overwhelmed

Gets 'spaced out' by bright lights eg kids disco/show/soft play. Would then get very upset when snapped out of this/taken away from the bright lights/noise

Very articulate/excellent vocabulary. Very specific about getting words right - often corrects adults

Extremely independent/doesn't like accepting help

Follows instructions at pre-school but then often lets loose/has a tantrum when home

Often says the exact opposite of what I say. Eg if I say 'I'm proud of you' She'll say 'No you're not' When tired she gets quite aggressive, often directed at me.

Can't seem to wind down/slow down. Just gets more manic when tired. Likes spinning in circles when tired.

Not very cuddly as a baby (some improvement in this now)

Often still wakes at night once or twice. Can only get to sleep by chewing comforter

She is very social and has several friends, can communicate well etc so no concerns there.

Any thoughts on whether this is usual pre schooler behaviour or something more would be appreciated. Thank you

Lots of what you describe can be typical in some preschoolers. If you are worried speak to the HV. You could also look at the Ages and Stages Questionnaires. If DD is in nursery, speak to them too.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I may have a chat with HV. Just interested to hear others experiences as well. Nursery haven't flagged anything but then her behaviour there seems quite different to at home.
