Food to help epilepsy

I have also posted this to Chat, apologies for the duplication!

Can anybody advise on foods we could try to help with DS2's epilepsy? He's been having seizures for about 15 months, he is medicated. He's recently (since starting back to school) been having lots of tiny absent seizures/episodes where he tries to wander off or similar & is 'back' within seconds. He also has ADHD & autism, so concentration not a strong point! He is 13.

School are being very diligent about reporting all these to me & I am obviously passing on to his epilepsy nurse in case his medication dosage needs increasing, as it frequently does (being weight-based & DS being a rapidly-growing teenage boy!). However, I wondered if there are any tweaks I could make to his diet in the meantime? He eats absolutely anything & everything (I mean literally, the boy's favourite foods include snails & blue cheese!). Also takes 2 x Omega 3 capsules in the morning (paediatrician approved) so am thinking of increasing that to 3.
