DLA end date

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help? I did post this on the Facebook group page but it got declined even though there was an identical post earlier on 🙄 I’ve had my child’s claim letter through but I’m trying to figure out the renewal date. It states on the one page about them getting in touch near my son’s 5th birthday about mobility (end of November 2026) but I can’t see anything. Am I being thick? These were all the pages I had front and back 🙈

The Renewal date is 29/11/2026, they’ve put so many different dates and payments on there because Dla rates went up 8th April. It looks like your renewal and applying for mobility will come at the same time, you will expect a renewal claim form around 20 weeks before it’s due to end.

It isn’t just the change of payment rate in April that I means there are multiple dates. It is because DS turns 3 relatively soon, so they have looked at mobility as well and are telling you what DS is eligible for up to 3y/o and what he is eligible for once he is 3y/o. In your case that is the same rate, but it isn’t for all. The 29/11/26 is the renewal date.
