What annoys me is the wording of the security question about your bank: 'What is the name of the bank where the benefit will be paid into?' If there's no decision, it should be '...will the benefit be paid into if awarded?'

It got my hopes up, then dashed them! 🤣

@NoWordForFluffy yes it's so true!😂 i'm going to call up at week 19 or late next week i think. tired of hearing the same response, why is it so secretive if the application is with a dm or not😂

Scan date 26/04

I just called and was told that it's now with a DM (it was still in the holding queue on Friday) so can take up to 2 weeks from now. Hopefully "up to 2 weeks" means it's done today or tomorrow 😂. I have requested a text when the decision is made but I have seen numerous people have asked for a text and not got one.

The call handler also said to just keep calling until I get told a decision has been made!

Aww that's so nice. I do feel like calling back because yesterday the woman was not helpful at all. She refused to put on the system about receiving a text 🙄

It’s soo hard this waiting lark. Scan date 27/04 and 03/05 for my boys. Called last week and told the 27/04 was in right department to be allocated to DM then called today and it was like trying to get water out of stone just no decision yet!! Eurghhh the wait is driving me nuts and I have to do it all over again for my other two children!

Do you get an award text with MR? or will payment just appear or letter if rejected again?

Not everyone gets a text even if they're awarded that's why so many people call up. It's better to just call and see where the application is xx

Hi all, I just called up again (because I am impatient 🤣) we’ve been awarded HRC. My son has just turned three and this is what we were hoping for, the decision was made yesterday and our scan date was 25/04. Good luck to everyone still waiting x

I'm still hoping for a decision this week...there really must be a better way than the one they have, with scattergun dates being awarded!

thank you! It’s crazy, I don’t understand the process at all, I was told yesterday morning is was in the queue for a decision (?) and today that the decision was made yesterday 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you are declined is it just a letter? Or do you get a text as well saying you’ve been declined?

we are 18 weeks and 1 day. I know we’re with the DM so either awaiting a back payment, a text or a letter. Or nothing 😂😂 seems everyone gets something different.
