I've called twice this week and juat been told the usual 20 weeks wait blah blah blah. so frustrating if they are going to decline it why dont they just be quick and decline it

Guys I have been paid £661 from DLA . It was a COC, I was already getting middle rate care only what do you think I got?

My scan date is 04/03

20/02 and still waiting... starting to think it's a no now

It could be LRM if your child is 5.

Could it have changed to HRC and that’s the difference & back pay?

I tried working it out but to no avail.

How many weeks would it cover, @Accbabymom1994?

I have no idea but my scan date was 15 weeks ago. So I gave my forms in March, my original DLA payments started in NoV 2023 and the scan date was July 2023

I wonder if you've gone to HRC. Did you call to get a form for the COC? Or is it 15 weeks + however many weeks to bring it in line with your normal payment date?

Yes , in my original form I was very vague and didn't describe him properly. In this one I was very clear even tho I didn't have much evidence, also school is very supportive. I called in Jan or Feb for the forms, filled them out sent them off 1st March they got them 4th March..I gues i won't know till the letter comes now

have you tried calling as you are near 17/18 weeks of waiting thats crazy!

Yeah I rang on Wednesday and he said it should be any day now so to ring and check on Friday. So gunna call in a bit. Hoping they have made a decision now!!!

Just called and got through after 3 rings.

My daughter has been awarded Mrc and Lrm until 2026 back pay should be in by Tuesday 🥳 i didn't think she would get it because I didn't send in any proof of care and my plan was to send in a sleep diary but never got around to it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Am sure the back dated pay isnt enough, and they have taken it from a wrong date

Can anyone explain the Lowest Rate mobility.

They said she had got it, but she does not turn 5 till 4 weeks time.

When will I get that element.

Also, if it was awarded yesterday, when will I get first payment (not the backpay bit)

i called this morning my application is being looked at but couldn’t confirm if it’s with a DM/CM now I’m more confused than ever 🤦‍♀️ Can anyone shed any light
